“Hello, my name is Franck Wahbe. After graduating from École Boulle with a degree in cabinetmaking in 1998, I turned to the restoration of antique furniture.

In 2001, I began selling furniture and interior decor, which I quickly complemented with art framing, a passion that I developed. Since then, custom framing has completely taken over and has become the main activity of the workshop. The shop-workshop has been rearranged into a Frame Shop – workshop.

His Approach to Framing

“What I find most interesting about this profession is that every day, my clients bring in new subjects. Each time, I have to find the ideal custom frame to highlight and protect the piece, but also to integrate it into a specific interior.

Successfully finding this combination means elevating the artwork. In my opinion, a good frame maker must, first and foremost, have a solid knowledge of art history and a refined taste. My primary role is to advise my clients as closely as possible to their tastes and expectations.”
